I liked almost everything of the apartments, the location is pretty close to the metro station ( Frunzenskaya), just five minutes by walk. It is fully equipped with towels, blankets, dinner service...so you feel really like home. They clean the apartments every day but on the weekend. The day of our arrival a person was waiting for us after having arranged to meet outside the apartments to give us the keys, she was punctual and there was no problem.
Maybe the bed in the dinning room is a bit difficult to fold down, but we said that to the housekeeper, and she did it for us. She doesn´t speak english, but she can call to the apartments´staff and they call you at the moment to the land line of the apartments, so it wasn´t really a problem. Also they don´t give you the exact location of the aparments until 2 or 3 days before the date of your arrival, but all of them ( I think they have four apartments ) are pretty close.
